Site Surveys
Site Surveys form the basis for any development on a site. The Site Survey is used by the architect in the building design, overall height and height in relation to boundary calculations. Most importantly, the Site Survey provides a snap shot of what is on site at the time of survey. This includes any impediments to the development, for example significant trees, flood plains and underground services.
Boundary Consultants use a check list to ensure all significant detail is located to the required accuracy. More information on standard detail located as part of our Site Surveys is available here.
From the Site Survey, a plan is produced to show the surveyed information, along with boundary and title informaion. Information can also be provided in electronic form and made available to architects and other professonals working with you, for importing into their computer systems.
